YETO CONSULTING operates this website. This notice describes the website’s initial enquiry and optional analytics functions.
Enquiries
We collect your name, email, country or region, enquiry topic and message, plus company for sourcing enquiries. We use them to review your request, respond and discuss possible service scope. Form data is stored on our server in Seoul, South Korea, and may be accessed by authorized YETO personnel handling the request. We do not sell enquiry details or use them for an unrelated mailing list.
By submitting, you agree to this use and Seoul storage. Do not include medical records, symptoms, diagnoses, passport or payment details, or other sensitive information. No document uploads are provided. Any later document sharing requires a separate, appropriate process.
Retention & protection
Website enquiries are retained for up to 90 days unless needed for an active discussion, a separate agreement or a legal obligation. Access is limited to authorized operators. Rotating backups may retain removed records for a further 30 days. Hosting and network providers process technical connection data as needed to deliver the service.
Optional basic analytics
Analytics are off until you choose “Allow analytics.” We count visits to a fixed set of pages, successful enquiry events and coarse performance ratings. We do not include enquiry content, full URLs, referrers, visitor IDs or cookies. The server sees your IP to handle the connection and temporarily limit abuse; the analytics database stores only daily aggregate counts. Counts are kept for up to 90 days. Your browser stores only your analytics preference. You can change it using “Analytics preferences” in the footer.
Your choices & contact
To request access, correction or deletion, contact YETO through our LinkedIn company page or use the appropriate enquiry form and quote your enquiry reference. Do not send identity documents through these channels. We may need a proportionate way to verify the request. Rights and applicable obligations depend on your location and circumstances.
Third-party links
LinkedIn and any external provider have their own privacy practices. The website does not load third-party analytics, advertising pixels or externally hosted fonts.
